During your journey, your goals may change so we adapt to make your new goals a reality (this is likely as you progress – you may even surprise yourself). Communication is the key in any healthy relationship so we will be there to give you the direction and feedback you need to keep progressing.

— OUR PHILOSOPHY

We believe precision is everything. Generic training plans, designed for the masses, will work for some, and they’re certainly better than nothing. But you are an individual with your own strengths, weaknesses and goals. WiiseCoaching caters to that.

Our triathlon training prescription is designed specifically for you, and when you receive it, you will know exactly what to do. Training that doesn’t provide specific metrics for you aren’t good enough. For example, rather than say warm up with a zone two run we’ll tell you run at 9:45 pace for 2 minutes then 7:45 for 1 minute and walk for 30 seconds.

Our method employs the concept of “specificity” in terms of your pace, effort and time for every workout.

WiiSECOACHING offers six levels of coaching. Our “remotely” coached athletes (Worldwide option) can reside anywhere in the world while our “Squad” coached athletes reside in Orange County, California and get personal coaching.

Our personally coached athletes gain the benefit of more communication and training under the watchful eyes of our coaches. Our Worldwide athletes enjoy expert training plans and feedback which will guide them to their ultimate goals.
